verify and manage user accounts, fulfill service requests, and, when applicable, manage entries and rewards in promotional campaigns.

including applications such as DIMENVUE, DMV Edit, DMV Render.

• Service improvement and personalization : To maintain and upgrade the Product and related services,
analyze the information you provide, and personalize the content you see so that it is more relevant and useful to you.

• Scene publishing : If you use the “Publish Scene” feature of the Product, the related data and scenes may be uploaded to our servers.

This information may be analyzed to enhance scene modeling and intelligent analysis features.

• Usage analytics and development : To study patterns of use and customer preferences,
in order to improve existing DIS Products and Services and design new features or products.

• Customer communications: To reach out for administrative or support-related purposes.

We may also send updates about promotions or events regarding our own or certain partners’ offerings.

Such marketing communications will be sent only with your prior consent or when legally permitted,
and you may opt out or withdraw consent at any time.

• Security and fraud prevention: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, technical problems,
